Shayley Fourkiller, citizen of the Cherokee Nation, joins IFAI as Communications Manager in April 2026. With a background in tribal communications and wellness programs supporting Indigenous communities, Shayley brings experience in content creation, digital communications, and strategic storytelling.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing with a concentration in digital media from Northeastern State University. Her work focuses on amplifying Native voices, increasing visibility for Indigenous-led initiatives, and developing culturally grounded messaging that strengthens community engagement. In her role at IFAI, Shayley will lead communications efforts that reflect the organization’s mission and deepen connections with the communities it serves.
