Kaycee Captain

Tribal Outreach and Policy Specialist

Kaycee Captain serves as the Tribal Outreach and Policy Specialist and is a citizen of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. Originally from Frisco, Texas, she was actively involved in FFA, gaining hands-on experience through showing sheep and competing in horse judging events.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a concentration in Animal Enterprise from the University of Arkansas, along with a minor in Agricultural Business. Her background includes extensive work with dairy cattle, sheep, and horses.

Kaycee is a certified Produce Safety Trainer through the Produce Safety Alliance and serves as a trainer for IFAI’s trainings. She is deeply committed to supporting Native youth and leading Tribal outreach efforts, bringing both passion and expertise to her role.
