Duties Include:
- Responsible for being a DATCP Division of Agricultural Development subject matter expert on agricultural producer needs with an emphasis on areas such as organics, specialty crops, food systems, food security and producer access.
- Performs highly skilled professional work to provide operating and new producers advice on such areas as establishing or growing farm businesses.
- Tasked with building relationships, educating, providing technical expertise, supporting producers and food system stakeholders, as well as other activities.
