Duties Include:

Ensure assigned regional work, reporting, and funded deliverables are completed accurately and on time by setting priorities, assigning or reassigning work, monitoring progress, and addressing delays.

Supervise, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate Program Specialists and other assigned staff, ensuring clear expectations, consistent support, and individual accountability.

Develop regional service and work plans with regional staff and Technical Assistance leadership, aligning available capacity with regional needs, caucus priorities, organizational direction, and funding commitments.

Monitor staff performance, service activity, deliverable progress, and reporting quality using IAC approved systems and procedures.

Maintain a consistent regional operating cadence, provide assigned management approvals, and elevate unresolved performance, service, or delivery barriers through the appropriate leadership channels.
