Duties Include:
As the Conservation Real Estate Manager, you will work with a five-state TNC team to develop, manage, and complete the land protection projects and transactions that advance TNC’s Southern High Plains Initiative. Using a full range of protection tools, including conservation easements, fee title acquisitions, and Purchase, Protect, Resell projects, you will work to protect intact grasslands, habitat for rare and declining species, and the agriculturally productive rangelands of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, working directly with ranching families, private landowners, Tribal Nations, federal, state, and local government, land trust partners, and other conservation organizations.
