• Provide information and answer questions to potential borrowers and current clients on programs with Akiptan.
• Ensures completion and compliance of the content strategy. This includes collecting necessary information, inputting key performance indications, collaborating with departments and ensuring that data entry is complete, etc.
• Managing the reporting of key performance indicators from all platforms.
