- Provide information and answer questions to potential borrowers and current clients in an efficient and effective manner.
- Ensures completion and compliance of the content strategy. This includes collecting necessary information, all signatures and initial fields are complete, inputting key performance indications, collaborating with departments and ensuring that data entry is complete, etc.
- Managing a portion of the key performance indicators from all platforms.
