FRTEP provides funding extension programs that address the unique needs of Tribal communities and supports the development and delivery of informal education and outreach activities. The program objective is to improve the quality of life and economic well-being of individuals and families on Tribal lands. 1862, 1890, and 1994 Land-grant Colleges and Universities are eligible to apply. $4 million program funding is available, with minimum and maximum awards at $102,000.
