Duties Include:

Oversees all Tribal departments and programs; develop and train employees and delegate tasks and responsibilities to them in an effective manner; to plan and coordinate the functions of tribal operations in areas of personnel, property, and program management.

Provide leadership in planning, organizing, coordinating, and staffing components of the tribal government at FBC direction.

Develop and draft policies, procedures, and other assigned documents at the direction of the Chairman and/or the FBC and to implement those upon adoption by the FBC; to make policy recommendations to the Council on management analysis and need.
