The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the schedule and communications of the Executive Director and assisting with special projects. The Executive Assistant has the day-to-day responsibility for managing the Executive Director’s reports, mailings, correspondence accuracy, and timeliness. The position may also be assigned other duties as deemed necessary.

Range and Infrastructure Specialist

The Range and Infrastructure Specialist is a member of the Technical Services Department. They will work from the office and also travel to ITBC Member Tribes to to provide support and recommendations to Tribal buffalo managers on matters relating to rangeland management and infrastructure development. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Farm Manager

The Farm Manager is a key full-time position that manages the design, development, and implementation of TCC’s agricultural work and collaborates in community engagement with the Native Foodways Program. This position reports directly to the Chief Program Officer (CPO) and works in close partnership with the Native Foodways Program Manager and Land Manager at Heron Shadow in executing the vision and mission of the Native Foodways Program and TCC’s land stewardship work.

Technical Assistance Specialist

IAC Technical Assistance (TA) Specialists provide direct assistance with USDA program access to Tribal producers, Tribal entities, and Tribal governments – outreach, eligibility, and program application support. Other forms of assistance provided include agriculture and natural resource management planning, project development support, partnership leveraging, government-to-government relations, general food systems project planning, and supplemental resources identification.
